 Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) - a former soldier, paratrooper but retired due to the fact that he is paralyzed. One day he got a work, he is asked to go to a planet which is located quite far away. He must take part in one job, to become the avatar. This works should have been done by his brother, but he died shortly before the operation. The planet, on which he went to, is called Pandora, it is populated by a local race called Na'Vi who developed primitive, they use bows and arrows as weapons. Their planet has large deposits of rare mineral, which is very expensive valued on Earth.
The problem with the legs of Jake solved quickly, Avatar is the key to everything – it is a clone, endowed with all the abilities to survive in the habitats of Pandora, and he manages this clone mentally while being in the laboratory in the “disconnected” state. Having embarked on the Na'Vi’s land he is increasingly immersed in its life, which is harmonious and correct, he understands that everything here is much better than on Earth and this planet becomes for him a new home. At the end of the day he finds here his true love. In the end, he will face a choice - stay here and help fend off capture of earthlings, or betray his new friends and leave this beautiful world ...
